Everyone is welcome to join us, young or old, male or female.  Our classes are sometimes dynamic and sometimes gentle. We are not offering body-building, our aim is FITNESS with FUN.

Music is an important part of most of our classes. All classes are performed in groups. Every class is led by a fully trained instructor.

          Our facilities include parking outside THE MOVIN’, floating wooden floor, male and female changing rooms, hot showers, air-con throughout, healthy snacks and juices always available as well as tea & coffee, outside terrace and modern equipment.

 

          We will also have sports clothes, fitness clothes and pendants featuring our logo. “Ultimate Nutrition Protein” is also available.

          All these items are on offer at reasonable prices.

 

          Location: We are very conveniently located in the heart of Seminyak, on the small street which runs at the back of Bali-Deli.

The room is available for hire for private classes when there are no MOVIN’ classes.
